1.2. Refunds for Cancellations Made Within the Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within the specified window will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
1.3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, or in the case of no-shows, the first night's stay will be charged. Any remaining nights will be refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Rates
2.1. Special Offers and Promotions: Some special offers and promotional rates may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. In these cases, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
3. Early Departures
3.1. Partial Refunds: If a guest decides to check out earlier than the booked departure date, a refund will be issued for the unused nights, provided the early departure is communicated to the hotel at least 24 hours before the new check-out time.
4. Modifications to Reservations
4.1. Changes to Booking Dates: Guests may modify their reservation dates subject to availability. If the new dates fall within a higher rate period, guests will be required to pay the difference. No refunds will be issued if the new dates fall within a lower rate period.
4.2. Name Changes: Name changes to a reservation are permitted and will not incur any fees.
5. Force Majeure
5.1. Unforeseen Events: In the event of natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the hotel's control, Royal Group Hotels reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.
